Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; associate degree or medical certification plus 2+ years experience; or 4+ years experience; or recent military transition.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. frequently.
• Residence in or ability to relocate to a geographic region assigned by the Company.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment; valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.
• Advance DPS sales by serving as sole Company representative to provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; address customer requests; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare reports.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain, track, and deploy equipment across the territory; ensure product availability.
• Ensure promotional materials are kept current and that DePuy Synthes Services meet quality standards.
• Provide logistical support by moving instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals.
