PBS Corp. is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will work 1:1 in homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision and grow into a full-time role as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
