Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA/therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• HS diploma required; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community.
• Implement ABA plans designed by BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
