Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role offers part-time hours with a path to full-time as caseloads grow, and includes mentorship, hands-on training, and a positive work environment.

You will work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings, following ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
