Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school or community settings. Part-time positions are available with growth potential as caseloads expand.

We offer mentorship, hands-on training, and a supportive environment that promotes professional development and leadership in ABA. Travel locally is required as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or psychology.
• Reliability for local travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
