Job summary

Midwest Concrete is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administration professional in Ohio to join our MCC team. You will support the workflow between suppliers, clients, and internal departments, and help transition projects from estimating to operations.

Responsibilities include managing RFIs and submittals, maintaining project documents, coordinating crew lodging, and contributing to standardized procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of subcontractor construction administration experience.
• Proactive, internally motivated, team oriented, and adaptable.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; Procore experience a plus; High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications between suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects with accurate documentation.
• Research and document pricing and vendor data.
• Support the transition from estimating into operations.
• Develop standardized procedures and vendor relationships; coordinate crew lodging.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, approvals, inspections, testing, procurement, and other docs.
• Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final billing.
