Job summary

ISC Constructors, LLC in Ohio is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator for the Mission Critical division. You will support project controls, document control, material requisitions, labor estimates and billing coordination while travelling between job sites in the Ohio region.

This role requires strong communication, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to read drawings and contract language. Travel to multiple sites and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Construction management degree or related technical degree.
• Hands-on field experience in industrial electrical/instrumentation.
• 2–3 years’ experience in electrical/instrumentation project controls.
• Ability to pass post-offer drug/alcohol test and background checks.
• Strong communication and reading of drawings/contract language.
• Willingness to travel to various sites and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Confer with Project Controls Manager to establish documentation tracking.
• Maintain file systems and document controls distribution.
• Requisition material purchase orders per bid documents.
• Estimate labor, price materials, and prepare change orders.
• Support cost plus/lump sum billing procedures.
• Coordinate document flow to regional office, field, and client.
• Assist with invoicing issues and interactions with Accounting.
• Manage material release schedules with Purchasing Agent.
