Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the concrete team and manage field operations administration from day one.

You will help ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery, coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. The role emphasizes organized document control, transition from estimating, and vendor management in a fast-paced construction setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of subcontractor construction administration experience.
• Must be proactive, internally motivated, team oriented, and adaptable.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Procore experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support MCC team to ensure timely, professional communication between suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
• Coordinate and administratively manage multiple ongoing projects, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining project documents.
• Research pricing from concrete and reinforcement steel suppliers and document data for estimating.
• Support the transition of projects from estimating into operations.
• Develop standard procedures and vendor relations, coordinating crew lodging and project schedules.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and inspections.
• Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final billing.
• Handle miscellaneous admin tasks and travel/expense scheduling as needed.
