DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a supervisory team, implement efficient workflows, and drive performance. This role requires travel to customer sites and a focus on safety, process optimization, and strong customer partnerships.

We value candidates with a Bachelor's degree, logistics experience, and proven supervisory skills, ready to improve productivity and service levels across multiple facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• P&L management, objective setting and project management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors with coaching and inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Compile KPI reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Promote open communication among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with HR to hire Supervisors and select top talent.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
