Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead the DFN Deployment Team in our U.S. warehouses. The role requires 25–50% travel and focuses on implementing processes to optimize operations, safety, and performance.

The position centers on guiding a diverse team, developing workflows, and driving KPI-driven improvements while partnering with HR and site leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• P&L management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports by providing coaching and guidance, building a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to foster a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Compile KPI reports on productivity and accuracy to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure effective hiring of Supervisors.
