Job summary

You will interact with clients to address issues, respond promptly, and complete service calls per SLA. Travel to client locations and basic lifting of equipment are expected.

Qualifications include technical certification and 0–2 years in customer service, plus OEM certifications and hardware knowledge. Safety policies must be followed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to clients.
• Maintenance of OEM certifications as directed by management.
