Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Merchandising Team Lead to manage on-site crews for resets, remodels, and new store execution across the nation.

You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, promote teamwork among crews, store operations, and construction, and uphold retailer standards. The role requires strong leadership, planogram knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience including merchandising and leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of planograms and floorplans; able to cross-reference documents.
• Fixture building knowledge including anchoring gondolas and safety considerations.
• Certifications or training may be required to operate machinery.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners and its business units to retailers, customers, and vendors.
• Follow Channel Partners policies and procedures in daily work.
• Communicate project updates with Project Manager or District Manager.
• Identify opportunities within projects and collaborate on action plans.
• Ensure on-time, accurate project reporting and scheduling.
• Create a positive, engaged team environment with open communication.
• Coach and train team members as needed to improve performance.
• Provide feedback and recognition for outstanding work.
• Address feedback and resolve conflicts among team members.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and report accidents immediately.
