Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to manage an on-site merchandising crew for special projects, including resets, remodels, and new store execution. You’ll promote teamwork across crew, store operations, and construction while ensuring adherence to company and retailer standards.

Tampa, FL is HQ, but roles span nationwide. Applicants should be prepared for frequent travel (up to 50%), physical work, and a fast-paced environment with opportunities in 0–40 hours/week depending on volume

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in retail, including merchandising, installation and leadership.
• Strong written and oral communication and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners and its business units with retail partners and vendors.
• Coordinate with Project Manager/District Manager for project updates and opportunities.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project reporting and scheduling.
