Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to manage on-site merchandising crews for special projects, including resets and remodels. You will ensure projects meet timelines and budget, promote teamwork, and uphold retailer and company standards.

The role involves significant travel (up to 50%), frequent communication with project and district managers, and a focus on safety and quality. W2 employment with weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail industry experience including merchandising, installation and leadership is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer support.
• Knowledge of planograms and floorplans; ability to cross reference documents.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners and its business units with retailers, customers and vendors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while executing projects.
• Report project updates to Project Manager/District Manager on time and accurately.
