Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Team Lead to manage a on-site merchandising crew for resets, remodels and new store execution. You will promote teamwork across store operations and construction while upholding our standards and budgets, traveling as required.

The role requires at least two years in retail with merchandising and leadership experience, strong communication, plan‑o‑grams knowledge, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience including merchandising, installation and leadership.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, internet access, and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners and its business units with retailers, customers and vendors.
• Follow Channel Partners policies and procedures on projects.
• Communicate project updates with Project Manager or District Manager.
• Identify opportunities within assigned project and coordinate action plans.
• Ensure project reporting and scheduling are submitted on time and accurately.
• Foster a positive, engaging team environment with open-door communication.
• Delegate and coach team members to improve performance.
• Provide feedback and recognize outstanding performance.
• Address team feedback and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and report accidents immediately.
• Bring assigned project in under budgeted hours.
• Maintain safety standards at all times.
