Channel Partners is seeking a Team Lead to manage a merchandising crew on-site, executing resets, remodels and new store execution to meet timelines and budgets. You will promote teamwork across store operations and construction while upholding both company and retailer standards.

Travel may be required, with weekly pay and a flexible schedule; the role involves significant physical activity and safety compliance under OSHA guidelines.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years’ retail industry experience, including merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication and customer support skills.
• Working knowledge of plan-o-grams and floorplans with knowledge of blueprints; cross-reference documents.

Mansioni

• Represent Channel Partners and its business units with retailers, customers and external vendors.
• Carry out company needs following Channel Partners policies and procedures.
• Communicate updates with Project Manager/District Manager on assignments.
