Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Team Lead to manage an on-site merchandising crew for store resets, remodels and new store execution nationwide. The role focuses on teamwork, adherence to standards, and timely project completion within budget.

Expect travel and physical work, with supervision from Project and District Managers. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong communication, plan-o-grams knowledge, and ability to work independently or in teams.

Qualifications

• Two years retail merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and customer support skills.
• Knowledge of plan-o-grams and floorplans; able to reference multiple documents.
• Familiarity with fixtures, cash wrap, and basic power tools optional.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners with retail partners, customers and vendors.
• Manage project updates with Project/District Managers.
• Ensure on-time reporting and scheduling accuracy.
• Create a positive, coaching-focused team environment.
• Maintain safety standards per OSHA guidelines and report incidents.
