Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to manage a merchandising crew on-site for resets, remodels, and store executions. You’ll ensure projects stay on time and within budget while promoting teamwork among crew, store ops, and construction. The role hires nationwide with travel required.

The position involves frequent physical work, 50% travel, and evenings/weekends as needed. Immediate openings and W2 employment offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in retail, including merchandising, installation and leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of plan-o-grams and floorplans; ability to cross-reference documents.
• Fixture building knowledge: gondolas, racks, shelves; basic anchoring.
• May require machinery certification (forklifts, scissor lifts).
• Reliable transportation, valid license, auto insurance, internet, and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners with retail partners, customers, and vendors.
• Support company policies and procedures on projects.
• Coordinate with Project Manager or District Manager for updates and plans.
• Identify opportunities and corrective actions within assigned projects.
• Ensure on-time, accurate project reporting and scheduling.
