Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Team Lead to manage a merchandising crew on-site for resets, remodels, and new store execution. You will promote teamwork with store operations and construction while ensuring standards. Nationwide hiring with travel and weekend work likely.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Project/District Manager, maintaining budgeted hours, and leading safety compliant operations on site. Requires strong merchandising and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail experience with merchandising and leadership.
• Strong communication and ability to travel 50%.
• Ability to read plan-o-grams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Represent Channel Partners with retailers, customers, and vendors.
• Communicate project updates to Project/District Manager.
• Ensure reporting and scheduling accuracy.
• Maintain safety standards per OSHA guidelines.
• Keep projects within budgeted hours.
• Coach and motivate team members.
