Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Vocational or trade school certificate, or equivalent education & experience, preferred
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• OSHA 10 Certification required within 90 days
• Ability to train and mentor others

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate repairs and troubleshooting on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance problems safely and efficiently.
• Complete vacant turnovers independently and to quality standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and mechanical systems.
• Mentor Level I technicians in proper repair techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Lead and manage work orders from initiation to completion.
