Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair a multi-unit property portfolio. You will respond to service requests, prepare vacant units for move-ins, and perform equipment maintenance with a focus on safety and customer care.

Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC is ideal. The role includes on-call rotation, weekend work, and collaboration with the Maintenance team to support Northampton and College Highway properties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Trade school or equivalent experience in property management or hospitality preferred.
• Industry certifications in building trades are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Respond promptly to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by management.
• Complete or monitor preventive maintenance for building systems and components.
