Job summary

A leading precision instruments company is seeking a Recruiting Specialist in Philadelphia to promote the sale of products, organize sales operations, and manage customer databases. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences and at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in scientific instruments. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP. This role offers comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan starting on hire date.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences, plus 2 or more years of sales experience in scientific instruments or equipment preferred.
• Significant experience with ERP and/or CRM systems; SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Technical competence and knowledge depending on product line of support.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of METTLER TOLEDO Products by working with dealer reps.
• Organize, plan and schedule utilization of selling time for effective coverage.
• Conduct trade shows and seminars at customer sites.
• Assist other sales reps with trade shows and seminars.
• Train and develop skills of dealer personnel involved in selling METTLER TOLEDO Products.

Skills

Sales experience in scientific instruments

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems

Technical competence in applicable fields

Laboratory experience with automated analytical instruments

Willingness to travel
