Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead comprehensive project controls, budgeting, and subcontractor oversight across North American industrial projects. The role requires driving cost performance, managing change orders, and ensuring safety and quality standards on site.

You will collaborate with estimators, superintendents and clients to maintain schedule integrity, review costs against estimates, and ensure project success from start-up through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial/construction projects.
• Strong cost control, scheduling and change management skills.
• Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients, subs and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage industrial estimates and cost reports.
• Oversee change orders, pricing and billing processes.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Track project labor productivity and cost performance; monitor risks.
• Coordinate project start-up, scheduling and procurement with internal/external teams.
