Job summary

Alberici Constructors in St. Louis, MO seeks an Industrial Project Manager to develop and manage estimates, supervise subcontractor performance, and oversee change orders and billing.

The role ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across industrial projects and improves labor productivity through ongoing coaching. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in construction with 5+ years of project management experience on large industrial projects, and is willing to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field.
• 5 years of project engineering/construction management experience.
• Experience on industrial projects > $20M and willingness to travel across North America (up to 85%).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage industrial estimates and cost controls.
• Oversee change orders, billing, and subcontractor performance.
• review costs against estimates and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project schedule, provide coaching to project team, and manage risk.
• Communicate with client and internal teams to align on strategy and profitability.
• Lead start-up, QA/QC, and ensure timely project close-out.
