Dematic Corporation seeks a Regional Field Service Technician 4 with a controls focus to service systems across North America. Under the Field Service Manager, you will repair and maintain installed equipment and train customers to maximize system availability and satisfaction.

Role requires extensive travel, overtime and weekend work as needed. Candidates should have a mechanical/electrical tech background, 2+ years of electromechanical troubleshooting, and PLC experience.

Formación

• Trade school or 2-year associate degree in mechanical/electrical tech.
• 2+ years troubleshooting electromechanical equipment; material handling experience helpful.
• Willing to travel 80%+; able to work after hours and weekends.
• Knowledge of PLCs and control software required.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in semi-complex equipment trials, tests, repairs, and overhauls.
• Performs installations/adjustments on PLCs and sensors using vendor software.
• Maintains inspection and repair documentation per procedures.
• Responds to semi-complex service calls and analyzes data for improvements.
