Job summary

Burroughs seeks a Service Technician to support customers with cash automation and transaction technology across a nationwide network. You will install, maintain, and repair multi-vendor equipment, diagnose issues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Travel to customer sites is required; you will be provided with a company vehicle and ongoing training. A high school diploma and clean driving record are essential, with NRT Gaming licensing criteria as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with two years driving history.
• Experience with ATMs or multi-vendor equipment is a plus.
• Must pass applicable NRT Gaming License requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair cash automation equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
