Job summary

Cencora Patient Services, LLC is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate providers on reimbursement and access, resolve coverage barriers, and travel within a multi-state territory. This role requires strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, and payer policies.

You will meet with healthcare providers to describe reimbursement considerations and collaborate with patient assistance and reimbursement teams to improve access for specialty medications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
• Experience as Field Reimbursement Manager/Specialist preferred.
• Experience resolving pharmacy benefit access issues.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and staff on access and reimbursement topics using approved resources.
• Assist patient access by resolving reimbursement and coverage challenges.
• Coordinate with client’s reimbursement support services.
• Deliver educational presentations at provider sites on reimbursement topics.
• Travel as required within assigned territories.
