Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate provider offices on reimbursement and access considerations for specialty medications. You will help ensure patient access by resolving coverage challenges and educating staff on payers' policies.

The role involves collaborating with reimbursement teams, supporting education initiatives, and traveling within a designated territory to healthcare offices as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain a PACS certification within the first six months of employment.
• Experience resolving pharmacy benefit access issues is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider office staff on insurance and access topics using approved resources.
• Assist patient access by resolving reimbursement and coverage challenges.
• Coordinate with client reimbursement services and other access programs.
