Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate providers and their staff on access and reimbursement topics, helping patients obtain medications. This role requires weekly travel within a defined territory and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve coverage challenges.

Ideal candidates will have experience in pharmacy benefits, prior authorization, and a strong understanding of the revenue cycle, with willingness to obtain PACS certification within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
• Previous Field Reimbursement Manager/Specialist experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience resolving pharmacy benefit access issues preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and staff on access and reimbursement topics using client-approved resources.
• Support patient access by resolving reimbursement and coverage challenges.
• Collaborate with client reimbursement and support services.
• Travel weekly within a designated territory, potentially overnight.
• Deliver interactive educational presentations at provider sites.
