Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
• Previous experience as Field Reimbursement Manager/Specialist preferred.
• Experience in healthcare addressing pharmacy benefit access issues.
• Extensive travel experience and willingness to travel within territory.
• Willingness to obtain PACS certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement and access topics within assigned territories.
• Resolve payer coverage challenges to enable patient access to products.
• Deliver education to provider offices and staff using client resources.
• Travel weekly to healthcare offices within the territory, including potential overnight stays.
• Support coordination with patient assistance and reimbursement teams.
