Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate providers on reimbursement and access for specialty medications. This role requires traveling across territories to resolve coverage challenges and educate staff on payer policies.

Ideal candidates have pharmacy benefit experience, prior authorizations, and willingness to obtain PACS certification within six months. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience as Field Reimbursement Manager/Specialist is a plus.
• Healthcare experience resolving pharmacy benefit access issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and office staff on access and reimbursement topics in assigned territories.
• Support patient access by resolving reimbursement and coverage challenges.
• Collaborate with client’s reimbursement and patient assistance services.
• Weekly travel to healthcare offices within a territory.
