Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is hiring a Field Engineer in Georgia to deliver durable, end-to-end building automation solutions. You will install, commission, and optimize DDC systems and lead technical challenges with sound judgment.

Travel to support operations will be required and you will mentor owners and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure safe, on-time project delivery while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in Building Automation or HVAC Controls.
• Valid driver's license; insurable by company.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with ladders and motorized lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and optimize DDC systems to meet performance standards.
• Use technical judgment to solve automation challenges and mitigate risks.
• Train owners on system operation and partner with Project Managers.
• Travel as needed and own complex projects end-to-end.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in project reviews.
