Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation's Automated Logic division is seeking a Field Engineer to install, commission, and optimize advanced DDC systems in building automation projects. You will lead technical tasks, travel as needed, and own projects from start to finish while delivering durable solutions.

You will apply sound judgment to troubleshoot and improve system performance, train owners, and partner with Project Managers to manage risks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Building Automation or HVAC Controls.
• Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient with ladders/motorized lifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and optimize advanced DDC systems.
• Proactively troubleshoot and mitigate project risks.
• Provide technical leadership and train owners on system operation.
• Travel as needed and take end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Maintain documentation and participate in project reviews.
