SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Electrical Superintendent to supervise electrical projects and ensure successful project completion. This role involves both office and on-site work with substantial travel. Candidates should have a strong background in electrical construction, safety enforcement, and project management.

Qualifications

• 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience, with 10 years at a supervisory level.
• 5 years of experience in utility scale solar construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects to ensure successful completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct inspections to maintain quality standards.

Skills

Operations management experience

Electrical construction experience (15 years)

Supervisory experience (10 years)

Utility scale solar construction (5 years)

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC, IEEE

Job scheduling and planning

MV testing and terminations (5 years)
