You will focus on safety, quality, and performance while coordinating with project managers and trades to meet schedules. The role requires journeyman certification or engineering degree, 10 years of field supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or engineering degree or related discipline.
• NCSO designation required (IND); Gold Seal program preferred.
• 10 years of progressive field supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program integration on site and ensure code compliance.
• Direct and mentor project team, including direct and indirect reports.
• Communicate with trades, engineers, estimators, and clients to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, lookahead plans, and resource plans.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and risk to meet financial targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with stakeholders.
