Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in IT or a related field.
• 5–7 years of desktop support or IT support experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with prompt issue resolution.
• Experience with VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP, and switches is preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance by phone, email, or in person.
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting for LAN/WAN and related systems.
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and Windows operating systems.
• Maintain computer systems, peripherals, and conference room equipment.
• Log incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow and track inventory.
• Follow up with users to ensure full functionality and coordinate with IT staff for escalation.
