Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT/CS/IS/Network Administration or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS preferred; Master’s in IT/Cybersecurity advantageous.
• Experience in Government/Public Sector IT and Service Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and incident management to resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Manage data migration and user profile administration.
• Configure printers and peripheral devices across sites.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure system security and adherence to policy controls.
• Travel to client sites as required and maintain documentation.
