Job summary

Innosoul inc is seeking an Onsite/Local Desktop Support Engineer in Sanford, NC for a 12-month engagement. The role covers travel (15+%), hardware/software/peripherals, imaging, and data/user profile migration, with ServiceNow experience helping resolve a large volume of Service Desk requests.

You will install and image new computers, configure printers and peripherals, migrate user data, and document procedures for operations.

Qualifications

• Skilled with different computer hardware, software, peripherals and components.
• Experience installing and imaging computers and loading software for customers.
• Experience installing printers and peripherals and configuring them.
• Experience migrating data and user profiles.
• Proficient with documenting IT processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow call tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Install and image new computers and load appropriate software.
• Install and configure local and network printers and peripherals.
• Migrate data and user profiles.
• Document processes and procedures for technical field support.
• Provide knowledge on ServiceNow for ticket tracking and resolution.
• Travel as required for the role.
• Lead or assist on small projects as needed.
• Maintain documentation for responsible areas.
• Support security and IT policy compliance.
