Responsibilities

• Trains users on software usage and best practices.
• Trains users on VEGA's CRM App.
• Travels to branch offices to train and support users.
• Tests software for quality control and new functions.
• Collaborates with Global CRM team on training and troubleshooting.
• Maintains CRM software and user services (configurations, apps).
• Collects data sets and formats reports for internal users.
• Installs and tests software upgrades.
• Verifies system operation and reports issues to management.
• Responds to CRM users' needs and inquiries about system access.
