Job summary

California Schools Talent Collaborative (CSTC) is seeking a Part-Time After School Program Facilitator in Westminster, CA for Fall 2026. You will be placed at a school site as an Instructional Provider for an initial three months, with a path to district employment after successful completion of CSTC's program.

Schedule is Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 2:00pm–6:00pm and Wed 12:30pm–6:00pm. Duties include implementing activities for TK–12 students, supervising programs, and maintaining records and parent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 48 Semester/60 Quarter College Units or pass NCLB test.
• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting).

Responsibilities

• Instruct TK–12 students individually and in groups with engaging activities.
• Set up activities daily; prepare and duplicate instructional materials.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain attendance logs.
• Maintain a clean, organized learning space and coordinate with staff.
• Communicate regularly with parents and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
