Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality control experience required.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes and standards.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Execute inspections to align with project plans, specifications, and docs to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Foster safety and cleanliness, enforcing strict protocols among staff.
• Implement quality corrective actions to meet project requirements and specs.
• Prepare and deliver reports to project managers and clients as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to aid auditing processes.
• Ensure measurement equipment is calibrated and repairs arranged as needed.
• Record and document test results as per protocols.
• Engage in internal audits and calibrations with professionalism and precision.
• Stay updated with industry knowledge through publications and seminars.
• Collaborate with government agencies during inspections and audits.
• Support project management to ensure timely execution within budgets.
• Develop project submittals aligned with specs and plans.
• Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed.
