Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC program across projects. You will collaborate with the project team from start to finish, interfacing with clients and subcontractors to minimize rework and ensure compliance with specifications.

OSHA-30 certification is required.
CQM-C certification is preferred.
Experience with EM 385-1-1 regulations is necessary.
Leads and directs teams including testing agencies and specialists.

Responsibilities

Travel nationwide to projects as needed.
Develop and implement quality control plans aligned with project requirements.
Conduct field inspections to identify deviations and non-conformances.
Maintain documentation of findings, photos, data sheets, and non-conformance reports.
Review shop drawings, material data sheets, and test reports for compliance.
Coordinate and oversee material testing and sampling.
Initiate corrective action plans and ensure deficiencies are remediated.
Monitor subcontractor quality practices to meet project requirements.
Stay updated on client/owner or government regulations and ensure compliance.
