Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, engineering technology, building construction or related field.
• 7–10 years in roles like Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager or construction leader.
• OSHA-30 certification and CQM-C certification are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Willing to travel nationwide.
• Develop and implement quality control plans aligned with project requirements.
• Conduct field inspections to identify quality issues and deviations.
• Maintain detailed documentation including photos, data sheets and non-conformance reports.
• Review submittals such as shop drawings and test reports for compliance.
• Coordinate material testing and sampling to verify quality standards.
• Initiate corrective actions and oversee remediation.
• Oversee subcontractor QC practices and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on client/owner or government regulations for project quality.
