Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, management, and execution of assigned construction projects, with emphasis on data center work. You will lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure profitability, safety, and quality while meeting owner expectations.

This role requires a civil/ construction background, 4+ years PM experience, and a strong ability to manage costs, schedules, and risk across complex builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Minimum of four+ years PM experience in Data Center Construction.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects to maximize profitability and meet owner expectations.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and project schedules with milestones.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage procurement, change orders, and cost control.
• Monitor safety, quality, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with Estimating for cost data and provide doc storage.
