Job summary

Layton Construction seeks a Project Manager for Tenant Fit Out and data center client projects. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to deliver on-time, within budget, and with high safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and owners to develop PMP, manage costs, and resolve design and permitting issues. A PE is preferred; a valid license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years PM experience in Data Center Construction.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver predictable outcomes for internal and external teams and customers.
• Prepare project management plan (PMP) and budgets.
• Lead project team and coordinate with subcontractors and owners.
• Manage procurement, change orders, and payments.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Attend coordination meetings and document project status.
