Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field
• Minimum of four or more years project management experience within Data Center Construction
• Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Understanding of construction processes, codes, and contract language

Responsibilities

• Assist in project estimates and prepare budgets and cost reports
• Lead the project team in developing the PMP and schedule milestones
• Coordinate permits, subcontracts, and change orders
• Manage procurement, cost control, and monthly job cost reviews
• Ensure quality, safety, and risk management plans are followed
• Interact with Estimating, vendors, owners, and stakeholders to align project goals
