Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Technologies on a nationwide travel basis. You will direct all phases of multiple projects from proposal to closeout, including estimates, schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communications, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, 1–5 years of PM experience in construction, and strong analytical and leadership skills to drive projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, project management, business administration, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management work experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, or related disciplines).
• Knowledge of and proficiency with project management tools and techniques, construction methods and materials, estimating, costing, power, lighting, systems design, and general industry safety standards, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Skills to read, interpret, and understand electrical contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Work experience with continuous improvement methodologies and/or similar applications. Strong process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project to achieve high quality and productivity, including plans, quotations, bidding, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Prepares and manages project documents, status reports, estimates, schedules, and change orders to support construction work.
• Secures subcontractors with standard agreements and manages permits, materials, pricing, and vendor coordination.
• Conducts job start-up meetings and attends update meetings to stay current on scope, schedules, and market conditions.
• Provides day-to-day direction to foreman or superintendent and design staff to monitor productivity and teamwork.
• Partners to conduct job site inspections and safety audits and ensure compliance with documents and standards.
