Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Technologies. This travel role manages multiple projects from initiation to completion, including design, procurement, budgets, schedules, and client relations across national project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, construction management, or related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience; solid PM training and lifecycle knowledge.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy) may be required.
• Proficiency with PM tools, construction methods, estimating, costing, and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project from start to finish, including plans, bids, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Prepare and manage project documents, reports, and invoices; maintain logs and records.
• Procure materials, secure subcontractors, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Lead job site meetings, monitor scope and safety, and ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Coordinate with foremen and teams to ensure productivity and quality.
