ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Technologies in Cleveland, OH. You will lead multiple projects from bid to closeout, coordinating design, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality per company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, business administration, construction management, or related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience; solid PM skills and understanding of project life cycle.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, or related).
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, estimating, costing, power, lighting, systems design, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications; strong financial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases and activities of each project to achieve quality and productivity.
• Prepare and manage project documents, schedules, invoices, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Manage subcontractors, permits, materials procurement, and vendor negotiations.
• Lead job-site inspections and safety audits; ensure compliance with contract documents and standards.
• Stay informed on codes, materials, technologies, and safety practices.
