Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across the region. No prior POS or technical experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided.

You will travel frequently, wiring POS setups, troubleshooting network issues, and training staff, with overtime opportunities and a nightly/weekend differential. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• No prior technical or POS experience needed; training provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with frequent travel, including extended road time.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues independently.
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to minimize downtime.
• Document all service work and coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners.
